02

IRS Submission

After we complete your ITIN application and your federal return, we will mail everything to the IRS for final approval.

As a Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA), we can mail documents on your behalf!

Processing time is typically 6-8 weeks. We work closely with the ITIN department to ensure completion.

ITIN Renewal

Important: If you don't file your taxes for three consecutive years, your ITIN will expire and you'll need to renew it.

The good news? Renewing is simple! You can do it while filing your regular federal tax return. Just let your tax preparer know, and they'll handle the renewal for you.

Why Renew Your ITIN?

  • Remain eligible for certain tax credits
  • Prevent delays in processing your return
  • Maintain compliance with IRS requirements

We make renewal effortless! With a Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA) on staff, we handle everything in-house—you won't have to send documents to the IRS yourself.
